VGO Media (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through vgomedia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. VGO Media is a business name (DBA) of Xllent Trading Corp.
1. Information we collect
When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and your website or Google listing.
Like most websites, our site may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it

- To provide the services you hire us for
- To send occasional updates, only if you ask for them, with an unsubscribe link in every email
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
3. We don’t sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and scheduling tools, and only as needed to do that work. We may also share information if required by law.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our site, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools use cookies and may collect information such as pages visited and whether a request was submitted. We do not send the contents of our forms, such as your name, email or phone number, to Meta. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block or delete cookies in your browser. The site will still work.
5. Client accounts
When clients give us access to their Google Business Profile, Yelp, social media or website, we use that access only to do the agreed work. Clients can remove our access at any time.
For health and wellness practices, we sign a Business Associate Agreement when our work involves patient information, handle that information only as the agreement allows, and do not place ad tracking on appointment, intake or treatment pages.
Please don’t send health or other sensitive personal details through our contact form. We don’t need them to prepare your audit.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for tax and legal records.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
8. Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
